Over our brightest cooking Virgin and chefs, but did you know that Café Olai not only has Denmark's most talented staff, but also two of Denmark's most talented and North Zealand's first deplom trained Chocolatier. there are a total of only 19 chocolatier in Denmark, and two of those with a diploma, we are proud to count among our staff.

An-Carina Parnell Chef and graduated sandwiches Virgin from Café Olai with diploma from the Hotel and Restaurant School in Jan 2008, and has received further training to chocolatier, with completed graduation from Kold College in Odense, April 11, 2013 with the award ceremony for high presentation.
